HOTELS :-
The hotels being provided in the itinerary are basic hotels in places like Barkot, Uttarkashi, Sitapur & Joshimath Since these hotels have very basic amenities you are advised not to expect facilities like hotels in metro cities.

Travel Tips :-
Advance hotel booking is a must.
Carry snacks with you in case of long traffic jams/ landslides. Carry drinking Water, and medicines with you.
Respect the customs of locals.
Carry Rain Coat/ Umbrella, Torch, minimum luggage with you. Carry enough of winter clothing as it gets cold in Badrinath & Kedarnath.
In case of any serious Medical Emergency, CALL 108 (The mobile emergency service from GOVERNMENT OF UTTARAKHAND), don't make fake calls, as it is a punishable offence.

Haridwar, Kedarnath and Badrinath Tour Itinerary

Day 1

Delhi - Haridwar (240km/5hrs)
Pick up from Delhi & drive to Haridwar, on arrival check in the hotel, dinner & overnight stay at Haridwar.
Day 2

Haridwar -Barkot (220 kms/7 hrs)
After breakfast drive to Barkot Via Mussoorie. En route visit Kempty fall, later drive to Barkot , dinner & overnight stay at Barkot.
Day 3

Barkot - Yamunotri - Barkot (36 kms drive & 5 kms trek one side)
After breakfast drive to Jankee Chatti, , Trek starts from here to Yamunotri (5 kms). Either by walking or by horse or by Doli at own cost. Yamunotri, one can cook rice by packing it in a cloth and dipping it in the hot water of the hot kund. Pilgrims take this cooked rice home as "prasad". Here near the temple "pooja" can be offered to divya shila, After taking bath in jamnabai kund's warm water and having "darshan " of pious " Yamunaji '' returning to Jankichatti later drive back to barkot.
Day 4

Barkot - Uttarkashi (106 kms/4 hrs)
After breakfast, check out from hotel & drive to Uttarkashi . check in the hotel, later visit Kashi Vishwanath temple, dinner & overnight stay at Uttarkashi .
Day 5

Uttarkashi- Gangotri - Uttarkashi (106 kms/3 hrs each side)
We proceed to Gangotri (3048 mtrs), en route we enjoy picturesque harsil village, Bhagirathi River and the most magnificent view of the Himalayas. After Gangotri Darshan we returned to Uttarkashi & night halt at Uttarkashi.
Day 6

Uttarkashi - Guptkashi (230 kms/8 hrs)
Early Morning check out from hotel & drive to Guptkashi on arrival check in hotel, dinner & overnight stay at Guptkashi .
Day 7

Gupkashi - Sonparayag-Kedarnath - (20 kms by road & 19 kms trek)
Early morning check in to the Hotel & drive to Gaurikund, Trek start from gaurikund to kedarnath (3548 mts) on foot or on by pony / doli / Helicopter. Tour members should carry personal medicines, heavy woolen . Puja darshan at Kedarnath dham temple , dinner & overnight stay at Kedarnath Dham .
Day 8

Kedarnath to Gupkashi
Again darshan at Shri kedarnath Dham & come back to Gupkashi, dinner & overnight stay at Guptkashi.
Day 9

Guptkashi to Pipalkoti (150 kms/8hrs)
Morning breakfast check out from Hotel & drive to Pipalkoti via chopta sightseeing. On arrival check in to the hotel, diner & overnight stay at Pipalkoti.
Day 10

Pipalkoti - Badrinath - Pipalkoti (180 kms/10 hrs)
Early morning after breakfast drive to Badrinath ji pilgrims after having a bath in the tapt kund have the darshan of badrivishal. Brahma Kamal is significant for pinddan shraddh of ancestors (pitrus). There are other interesting sightseeing spots like mana Village, vyas gufa, mata murti, charanpaduka, bhimkund and the "mukh" of the Saraswati River. just within the two kms of Badrinath ji. later come back to Pipalkoti , dinner & overnight stay at Pipalkoti .
Day 11

Pipalkoti - Haridwar (210 kms/10 hrs)
After breakfast check out from hotel & drive to haridwar via Devprayag, Rishikesh sightseeing as like Ramjhula ,Laxman Jhula ,Swarg Ashram and Parmarth Niketan etc. , dinner & overnight stay at Haridwar.
Day 12

Haridwar to Delhi 220 Kms / 5 Hrs)
After breakfast check out from hotel & process to Haridwar railway station & dropped at Delhi railway station.

  • Terms of Payment :- 25% booking amount , 50% arrival at Haridwar before 15% arrival kedarnath Dham & 10% after Badrinath Dham.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellation Charges Of 50% for cancellation if a confirmed reservation is cancelled between 30 to 15 Days from the date of Arrival.
  • Cancellation Charges Of 75% for cancellation if a confirmed reservation is cancelled between 15 to 7 Days from the date of Arrival.
  • Cancellation Charges Of 100% for cancellation if a confirmed reservation is cancelled Within week to the date of Arrival.
  • If Booking in cancelled 30 days before then per person communication service charges applicable per person INR - 1000/- , Followed by cancellation policy
  • No shows early departures - 100% of entire day.
